Sp1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the sp1 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the sp1 platform.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the sp1 platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the sp1 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is final and legally binding. Continued use of the sp1 platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. sp1 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms.
The sp1 platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes among individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed immediately if detected.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Identity Verification
Each user is allowed only one registered sp1 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual violate these terms and may lead to suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts without refund of remaining balances.
Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. sp1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, especially prior to processing the first withdrawal. Failure to submit requested documents may result in processing delays or account suspension.
Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials. sp1 recommends using unique, strong passwords and not sharing your login details with others.
Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access to sp1 immediately. sp1 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Sp1 platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or odds display mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating accounts using false identities, someone else’s information, or altered documents.
- Committing any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the sp1 platform.
- Disrupting or damaging the operation of the platform, servers, or networks related to sp1.
- Using an sp1 account for commercial purposes without written permission from management.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, if necessary, legal action by sp1. sp1 reserves the right to disclose user information to relevant authorities if legally required.
Payments, Transactions and Deposit or Withdrawal Policy
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the sp1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). sp1 accepts deposits through approved local payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and other options listed on the platform at the time.
Successful deposits will be credited to user accounts within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Users are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate. sp1 is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information or third-party issues such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed after identity verification is complete. Processing time varies depending on the chosen method and requested amount. sp1 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms violations, or suspicious transactions. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Sp1 provides this platform “as is” without any implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, sp1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, including loss of money, data, or business opportunities. sp1’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that user within 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sp1 platform including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, software, interfaces, and databases are the exclusive property of sp1 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify or use any content without prior written consent from sp1.
Third-Party Links
The sp1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. sp1 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments and Applicable Laws
Sp1 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if terms are breached, suspicious activities are detected, or at the request of authorities. Users may also close their own accounts by contacting sp1 support. Valid account balances will be refunded after verification, subject to applicable conditions.
Sp1 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Amendment notices will be displayed on the platform or emailed to registered users depending on the significance of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising related to the sp1 platform and its use shall be subject to the relevant jurisdiction. Users agree to resolve any disputes through negotiation before initiating formal legal action.
